Southampton Tactics HELP!

Playing with Southampton in the championship, have the best team in the league which includes andy carrol. But still drawing a lot of games and losing a few aswell! Need help!

Generally depends on your team and how you build it, I chose 4-4-2 as an example. I generally use 4-2-3-1

Where Lallana, Chamberlain, Fonte, Schneiderlin? :O

My players are better than every player you mentioned. Lallana loses out to delap easy, Fonte loses out to both CB and Schneiderlin is no way as good as my Centre mids!

Lallana is a left side player and Puncheon is a right sided player as well as Chamberlain, Schneiderlin is a good prem centre midfielder. Fonte, I can understand. But those guys had potential to be able to play in the Premier League.

Yes they have 'Potential' but not the quality i need now to gain me promotion to the prem. All my players are Prem quality now and give me a better oppurtunity of getting promotion than the players you are speaking of. Your tactic of 4-2-4 is working well with my top quality players, 3 victories by 3 goals or more
