im southampton 15th in the table in 1st season in dec
im after some help in saving them from the drop here my team

I use same formation as tommyd150 in my southampton save.
In FM13, I put more attention to defence with Anchorman (DMC) and play counter attack yields better result.

Strandberg/Borja/Dragovic as DC/DMC will help.
Luke shaw not ready yet for 1st season. Juan Sanchez or De Sciglio is better.
De Sciglio at start (Milan) usually listed for loan. Act as Clyne backup too.
Cork/Schneiderlin/James Ward can do the MC
Jay/Lallana/Gaston can play AMR/L.
Maupay is hot and cold for me as backup for Lambert. You could play Jay there too.
