Southend 2nd season ( RB, DM, CM & LF)

Hi !

I play with Southend, in first season I finished second, so for this season I'm in Sky bet League 1. I hired a lot of players, but I'm getting stuck for finding some players I need. My idea is to have two decent teams, in order to put a good turover with the busy calendar without penalise the team.


Her is my current team (15 june 2015) :
GK : Daniel Bentley & Fabien Farnolle
LB : Jerome Binnom-Willams (loan) & Cristian Pulhac
CB1 : Damien Delaney & Cian Bolger
CB2 : Valentin Gjokaj & Mads Ibenfeldt
RB : ??? & Ryan Leonard
DM : ??? & Adrien Ménager
CM 1 : Gedion Zelalem (loan) & a decent regent
CM 2 : Mark Gower & Conor Clifford
LF : Sam McQueen & ???
RF : Kevan Hurst & David Worrall
FW : Shaquile Coulthirst & Zach Clough


So I have 45 000 pounds left in budget transfert, and 30 000 pounds/m remaining in wage budget. Do you have any idea of RB & DM (first-team players) and CM & LF (substitutes) ? For the DM I missed Adrian Ropotan, and for the RB current choice would be Kyle McAusland but I search a better player.

Free players, contract ending or super-cheap players would be well-liked, do you have ideas ?
