I pick southend united to manage them and push them forward with my possession tactic , I plan to stay with this club as long as I can , I have a dream to win UCL with them , and build a team that play attacking attractive Football , and improve the facilities of the club specially training and youth facilities , I look to build a 30000 seats stadium future .
