I was offered the spain job after euro 2012 but just after I got spain I got offered the england job, should i take it?

Create separate saves, one where you take over as England manager, and the other, Spain.

England all the way for me, like the sound of the challenge of getting best out of our current crop of youngsters, Walcott, Rodwell, Wilshire, Huddlestone, Phil Jones to name a few.

If you manage in England, choose them. And vice-versa. And just get your players playing as much as possible for their national team.
