Spanish B team help?

I'm looking on going a team from the spanish second division(depotivo la caruna) but there B team have players but don't have a league.. would i have to loan all them players out to get playing time or do they end up playing matches?

Maybe their B team is in the fourth division and you have to wait a season for them to get promoted to do that?

Their stats do update over the course of a season, but you don't see their fixtures.
