I'm playing as Villarreal in 2022. My Villarreal B team got dumped out of the liga adelante fairly early on in my game, and has never come back through promotion, despite being well stocked with young talent. It's getting frustrating, since they are not allowed non-EU players at all, and I have several young South Americans that I wish could get match experience at that level, while still becoming home-grown. I've only loaded BBVA and adelante for Spain in this game. Is there any way to get them promoted or figure out how close they are to the cutoff for being re-promoted?
