Its now ready the one you have all been waiteing for a tactic that works with wingers

its a 4-2-3-1 it has taken me 1 month to get this right .

a tactic with wingers is real hard to get right in fm2010 .

and now im really happy with it

at the moment im useing a target man typ of player, playing the up front role

but can allso work well with a player full of pace ..

no target man role is seleted .

on the wings i like to have pace skill there also .+ finnishing skills. dont worrie about crossing .

the AM is to be your star man . pace skill are needed + finnishing skills

the CM are the work-horse ..good work rate needed there
