Surprisingly it's not got anything at all to do with Spartacus....

The first season (Blood & Sand) was about Spartacus and the slave uprising but that's on a hiatus due to Andy Whitfield being diagnosed with cancer etc so they decided to go for a prequel for the second season (Gods of the Arena).

It was pretty good fill in until Blood and sand comes back again it just finished here in the states about 2weeks ago.

Im suprised people don't like it! Im addicted to it, its done the series like star wars though.

Kind of working backwards because the second series is before the first serious. If you get me.
