I know, haven't bought anyone, pretty good squad they have, but the rule; no more than 6 foreign players in the starting 11 does foreign mean non-russians or non-europians?

It will be non-Russian, if it was non-Europians it would say 'non-EU'

Those non-foreign players also have to be eligible to play in the Russian national team, so a second nationality doesn't help if the player's played for his first country.

I'm pretty sure they just have to have Russian nationality to qualify even if they are not declared for Russia...
