Specific CA/PA rating?

Hello,

I just bought the game so I could be missing this out, but is there a place where you can see that rating system like "star for this league"? I can only see the star rating but no comment on it.

When you are on the report screen just hover your cursor over the rating and it will say what it is. EG on my Spurs Adebayor is 3* which is 'good player for this league'

Star ratings are only compare to your team, ie if MCFC scout adebayor he'll be a 3, if Bolton scout Adebayor he'll be a 5

You can still get this if you look in at the Pros/Cons page. If it isn't there yet, the player needs more scouting.
