Specifying U19 Coaches in Search

Hey guys

Is there a way to specify U19 coaches in the staff search menu? It doesn't appear in the staff roles and searching for just coaches is very hit and miss as to finding someone who is actually willing to sign a contract as an U19 coach.

I dunno, maybe look for coaches with high 'Working with Youngsters' attribute? But I guess that'd only mean that those coaches are better qualified ti work with the U18's team, not whether they'd actually do so.

Yeah, I tried adding +15 in working with youngsters but it still hit and miss unfortunately.

Can you not advertise specifically for them in the Job Centre?

To be honest, I never really thought of that. I've never advertised for any staff member, I usually just raid the staff search.

I kind of did find them by sorting my the attributes I was interested in, then viewing the contract details of the staff members and going for the highest U19/U21 etc. coach. They were willing to join me as U19 and were easily 4* level coaching
