Spend or Save?

Hi there,

I'm currently doing a save with QPR and am just about to start my third season, I got promoted with ease first season, breaking two league records in doing so (League goals and League points). And first season back in the premier league I managed to get 7th place, So Europa League football, With a bare bones squad.

I've been given a massive transfer budget in ?46M and I feel I need to spend in certain areas too keep up with my opponents, So I'm looking to you guys for suggestions.

My team as it stands -

Goalkeepers - Definitely a position I would like to strengthen
Sam Johnstone (Unhappy at lack of first team football, Had Leali on loan last season and played almost every game)



Full Backs - Will let Danny Simpson and Armand Traore leave on free's at the end of the season
Elliot Hewitt
Danny Simpson
Ben Davies
Armand Traore

Central Defenders - Would ideally like someone who can come in and boss the defense for me
Nedum Onuoha
Michael Keane
Eric Dier

Defensive Midfielders -
George Thorne
Amidu Salifu (Loan, Agreed price of 3M)

Central Midfielders - Need a Box to Box to boss the midfield for me
Alehandro Faurlan
Karl Henry
Will Hughes

Inside Forwards - Need two world class IF's for either side.
Todor Nedelev
Jesse Lingard

Strikers - Need a clinical Advanced Forward
Ezequiel Rescaldani
