Is their a way or mod or anythink in wich you can be the sport manager of a team, who decides the transfers; picks coach sets up scouting system and youth system?
Cause in england this seems to be all the job of the manager but in belgium that's different
the coach only coaches the team (he ofcourse has alot of say in transfers but in the end he can't do them). So we have sport managers (or sport directors, or w/e) to do that, is their a way to play like that?
now i know coaching is the fun part, but is it possible to play as the "sport manager"
