I cant reccomend one to download, but I can reccomend an easily built one |)
Play a 4-4-2 with wingers.
A flat back 4 all on defend.
A ball winning midfielder on defend and a Deep lying playmaker on support.
Set the 2 wingers on support unless Lennon is being used when you stick him on attack.
Play a poacher and a Complete Forward on support as your forwards.
I reccomend playing Modric as your deep playmaker and Van Der Vaart as the complete forward.
It seems radical but it really works.^^)
