Hey, How do i sort out the squad harmony within my squad ?

Keep your players happy is a good start,ie keep certain players in the starting eleven but then there will be those who will be unhappy if they aren't in the starting eleven.
Keep a small squad may help but you run the risk when it comes to injuries,suspensions etc of not having enough players.

have you bought lots of players because your players get annoyed if you sign players in the same position as them

I have the same problem with my Man City team - I have won the league twice now and their is still a bad harmony. Any ideas why?

Because no one really likes man city
