I am managing QPR with expectations for europa league and even when meeting these expectations it is hard to keep my squad harmony above red. Team talks usually go well and I use team meetings now and again but I can't figure out how to get the squad harmony up. Its not like there are loads of players unhappy or causing trouble either. They all have very good morale too...
Is there anything else that I am missing that effects squad harmony, as it is crucial for success I know.
