Squad harmony

How do I improve squad harmony? My Sunderland team has been going out of control, many players complaining about the lack of squad harmony and discipline. Any help is much appreciated.

Surest way is to win games. Praising/Warning players when it is warranted plays a part too.

Same thing happened with Palace with me but its no biggy mate, Loads of players start moaning with the lack of harmony but i checked the confidence and the % for squad harmony was 50% exactly which is pretty good as soon as you get like a few win it should shoot up massively.

Try offer your key players new contracts aswell. Overall nothing to worry about.

i hate when a player has been sent off, and it is there second time, and you fine them for a week which i feel is fair, the next thing you know they are unhappy with you.
