Not just that. You need to keep a similar sqaud for a long time, Chelsea play so well on FM due to the Squad Harmony, i once holidayed for 2 years on a save and after i returned, the sqaud harmony was perfect and the bar was full. It should take a season with a very similar sqaud to make the bar shoot up.

Things to improve sqaud harmony:

• Always be positive to your team in press conferences and team talks.
• Don't sell a player for no reason, other players will be angry.
• Try not too sell a major asset to the team.
• Don't punish a player too harshly (e.g doesn't turn up to training so you fine him 2 weeks wage)
• Keep the same sqaud
• Don't make a large number of signings in a transfer window
• Bring in players that your own players are friends with. (E.g Favoured Personnel)
• Praise players.

Things that could damage it:

• Bad results
• You firing a member of staff for no apparent reason.
• Changing the captaincy suddenly.
• Selling a player or bringing in a bad one.
• Asking ANY of your players or staff to MUTUAL TERMINATION will result in a uprise by your players claiming unfair treatment.
