Squad Management Advice

What is the squad management advisor? In my backroom advice, they are recommending that I have a squad manament advisor, but I cant find any of these options when i am offering staff contracts? So what is it?

Any help is appreciated. Thankyou.
PS. I searched the forums and couldnt find out anything else out about this, if there is a thread about it, you can make a link and block this one.

I think it's just a coach with a high Man Management attribute? Not really sure, I know there isn't a set job/ role you can offer them for that, its not a front end feature.
