If a player is a regular starter but you have him on rotation does it affect training motivation? Or would keeping him on rotation but still playing him regularly not make any difference?
I doubt it would have much effect on motivation but he may even be happier as he is only expected to be rotated but you are picking him regularly. And then if you did decide to rotate him at least he is expecting it, so he wont complain.
