Birmingham spend 9.75m on 4 new players. 2 new strikers are brought to the club Viduka for free and Javier Chevanton from Sevilla. Also big name signings Steven Taylor and Martin Petrov arrive. Squad players O'connor and Mcsheffrey leave the club and Jerome, Doyle and Quedrue leave on loan.

Really poor and unlucky start to season with losses to everton, blackburn and man utd but Birmingham gather momentum with two wins !
