Stadium Completion

Currently managing Reading, my board agreed to expand the ground. Anyway the completion date has came and went without any updates on it. My ground is still showing the orginal capacity rather than the new capacity.

Abny one came across this before?

It says 'Planning', so chances are it hasn't even undergone construction yet. Maybe trouble with planning permission?
