stadiums and stands

just wondering why my demo has no stadiums and is it possibly a setting i have switched off because ive noticed some people on here with screenshots with the full stadiums

search in future. There was a thread about 2 hours ago on the same thing.
Go into preferences>display and sound then tick the boxes you want

I've noticed that all the stadiums look the same.. They're all circler.. It's disappointing

i dont get any fans in m staadium although every home game i get around 6-7 k fans and capacity is 10k
