Just finished 5th season at Chelsea and got a new stadium.
They upgraded the old 1 by 500 seats the summer before (why bother?)
I had 12 stadium sell outs and 98% capacity according to the stats.
However I also have Roman still funding the club...

Move into the Zola Stadium in 2017 with 57,500 capacity.
