Staff Advised "0"

Hey everyone,

Just started a new game and on the staff it says on some staff, Under 21 & 18 Managers, Advised "0".

So it wont let me have a manager for u21 &u18. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you a big or a small club?

If you're a small club, it might just be that the u18/u21 teams are not good enough to warrant having a manager.

Have you tried talking to the board about it? I recall there being an option about increasing staff permitted, but I'm not sure if it applies to the youth teams.
