I've been getting bored with FM lately and was hoping FM14 might bring me back to loving the game... but it doesn't.
During one of my bored to death moments I decided to try out a little experiment wondering if the attributes actually make a difference.
I did a pre-season with a club as normal.
Then reloaded and did the same with staff having attributes of 1 in everything.
Then with attributes of 20 in everything.
Now it's not like I expect my AssMan to be a managing GOD with attributes of 20 in everything... Oh hang on! YES I DO!!!
So why does he do near enough EXACTLY the same things no matter his attributes? He'll go after the same players, paying the same amount. His tactical and team selection advice has no discernible difference either.
His advice is EXACTLY the same and sadly so are the results even when you leave him in charge.
I am disappointed by this.
