can anyone recommend any sort of staff for southport? i made the mistake of getting rid of all my staff thinking i would be able to change them easily enough, but sadly i can't find anyone who's interested.
You don't really need much staff in lower leagues anyway really. You and your assistant manager can keep training at average workload while adding a fitness and GK coach asap to fill that out. Other than that you only really need a physio and a scout.
Your player turnover is gonna be so fast anyway in my experience that training isn't even a huge priority.
