Staff games for those who don't know is a interactive story game mode that I created which allows website members to become a member of staff and for all to have a opinion and voice in the everday running of the club. My previous two attempts were unsucsessful due to firstly underpreparation of the game and secondly a lack of interest. There are three main reasons for me starting this now. Firstly Football manager 15 is coming to a close so better now then never. Secondly there seems to be a much higher level of activity on the website and finally, the succsess rate of Interactive stories is high so I am hoping this will be to as I would really like it to go well.
Rules:
1. You must own a copy of Football manager 2015, as I will be using this sort of thing to update the database.
2. You must put effort into reports, if you can't do your jobs or complete responisiblities then don't join.
3. If you are inactive in your position then you will removed from the staff and game.
Staff roles:
Assistant manager: Suggests training plan, Offers advice on organising friendlies, suggests tactics and starting 11, can suggest signings and looks at the youth squad.
Coach (3 spaces avaliable): Will help me with the overall training plans and Individual player trainings, Coaches will check out the first team and see which players they would reccomend bring into the starting 11.
Chief scout: Will act as a scout and have the same responsiblities but will also send the normal scouts out
Scout (3 spaces avaliable): Suggests signings to make for the team, will look at possible players for the future, will scout opposition coming up in the next month and will identify weakness's and how we can exploit them.
Head of youth developement: Will Look at the under 21's and 18's and suggest who to bring in to the first team, who to loan out and who to release. Can also reccomend Youth managers and assistant to sign to help further development.
Director of football: Will look at the scout reports and suggest what players to make bids for and how much we should bid.
