Right guys i really need a assistant manager for burton that will help me with my team mine at the moment is putting strikers in midfield where they will not play best so any good suggestions for an assistant manager and maybe a few coaches for League 2? Thanks guys |)

EDIT: Also it could just be a distinct possibility that the squad is so poor in terms of talent that it may be better for a inneffectual player to play in that position. I've had teams where I've had to use a midfielder in the striker spots because no other striker on the roster had a better finishing and compusure attribute and I got tired of 30% shots on target from my strikers. Sure he was ineffectual for about a month but he ended up being the lead goalscorer for that season and eventually a natural at that position by the end of season.
