Staff help!

Hey, was just hoping i could get a low down for all staff..

i mean i'm hunting for a Coach, Goalkeeping Coach and a youth coach, and i've no idea what attributes i'm looking for... and in what order of importance, plus, what is the difference between coach and goalkeeping coach i assume determination, disciplin, motivation and man management, but whats the difference? ... i'm clueless and i would like if anybody could give me a low down on all the staff including physio and fitness etc. thankyou

Goalkeeping coach needs goalkeeping..

What i usually do is look at teams like Man Utd who have good members of staff, and see what they actually have has good attributes then i search for a person who is similar, if you get what i mean.
