Staff (Namely Data Analysts & Sports Scientists)

I'm slightly compelled to go sign myself data analysts and sports scientists because they're under my advised staff number but it's been my experience that they're more or less completely useless. Should I sign them? Am I missing something about them that genuinely makes them a worthwhile addition?

Is there a use in having a Chief Data, regular Data and then U19 Data analysts?

I can see the use for multiple sports scientists. Thanks.

The Head of .... can give you reports on all the teams including your u23s and u19/18s, if you manage them, of course. So most of us won't need one.
