Simple question: How do staff develop? Just like players, they have CA and PA, but how do they develop and fulfill that PA? Is it just a matter of time? Does it have anything to do with the coaching license? If you have someone who you want to develop as a Head of Youth Development, and that's their most suited position, but you give them a job as a coach, will they develop as a coach or as a Head of Youth Development?
