Staff Problem

Why is it that whenever i join an international side i cant recruit staff? Nobody will come to me, not even my own staff from my league club, even unemployed people wont come to me? Is it a fault in the game?

I find it hard to attract staff to a nation but try approaching staff of the same nationality as the nation your managing. It should increase the chances of the offer being accepted

There is only 5 members of staff in my game with cameroonian nationality, and they all have awful stats apart from 1 but he wont come to me lol.

try other africans?
are you at the start of a game of do you ahve any staff you ahve worked with before? if so, some of them may list you as favoured personnel, they amy be more favourable to working with you again...

Ha. No luck. The only other thing to do would be to place a job advert in the job centre

Im in my first season but in my last game i was 3 seasons in with spurs and i was ivory coast boss and still nobody would come, not even my own staff.
