Staff Question.

I was just wondering when you select a staff member if preferred formation, pressing style, coaching style, playing style, playing mentality and marking style actually make a difference?

The only thing I can see it making a difference with is an U18 or U21's manager if you don't like your youth teams using first team tactics.

i dont pay too much attention to it. i might take that into consideration if theres two similar coaches but thats about it
