Staff Stars, please i really need help!

Hi, i just started a game with Le Mans a french team in second division.
Now i heard people talking about that coach is .... stars, that one's ...
Is there an option with which i can see how many stars he's got or something?
Sorry, i don't know much about FM i just started playing it..
