I am all about rebuilding through the youth and bringing up youth through the U18 squad and bringing them up... anyways i am playing as Guiseley in the old Skrill North division...
My question is I can only have a 8 member staff
which of the 8 should i have..
Assistant Manager
U18 Manager -
Goalie Coach
Chief Scout
Scout
Physio
Head of Youth
Fitness Coach.
I had players complaining about that they are unhappy about the standard of the fitness coaching. So do i go with Head of Youth who is 14 in working with youngsters, 12 in man management, 15 in adaptability, 10 in determination, 10 in JPA, 9 in JPP, 13 in Discipline and 10 in motivating have run my youth club and go with no U18 Manager and then have a fitness coach and a club assistant manager.
My Assistant manager is garbage and cant just resign him to a player role bc i cant afford the money... my Head of Youth development has a way better overall ratings then my assistant manager is but with the depth i can afford to let go of my assistant manager/player.. however the assistant manager player ratings as pretty good..
Would am I better off doing?
