Any scout that improves dramatically at the start of the first season. :)

^^ Don't you have Jeff Vetere? He's good. Anyway, try Ed van Stijn (not sure if I spelt right), he is a great Scout. :D

Try Dave Harrison, he has got 20 at PA and 19 at PP, also 19 at Working with Youngsters.

Chris, why not look at genie scout? I once randomly found an immense New-gen coach, by searching in Love (looking for Vagner) and finding an absolute gem.

Maybe he does not want to... use that? Anyway, I think this thread might be useful for someone.
 
Club : Liverpool 1st season in march
Staff: Coach for 5 star shooting and Attacking if thats possible from 1 coach
 
Club: Bishop's Stortford, 1st season (Blue Square South)
Searching for: Assistant Manager

yeah me either, i tried to get Rene already but hes not happy with 19k a week and 900k signing on fee hah cant find any other 5 star shooting coaches
 
for 5 star Ball Control what kind of coach do I need ? And what about shooting ? Please tell me this things so I can improve my squad. Cheers
 
My oppinion is that coaches don't improve so much a player stats. You can put training on your players and you can see the changes. Also, please, if you need some help with Staff, use the model below. :)

Staff improve players stats alot along with a good training schedule, if you have most category's at 4* or more you will see the difference :).
Btw when signing staff sign on fee doesnt really change anything, you can get Rene Mulenseen (sp?) on 14k a week; only 5 star shooting coach.
Kevin Ball (sunderland) is a good shout for 1k per week and 35k compensation, i say good shout; he is a jack of all trades and a master tactician :P.
Also the best coaches for Ball Control is the Dutch trio; Rene (see above,) Marcel Luca----- (forgot his name) and finaly the one that dictates the cheapest contract but is just as effective as marcel blah blah is Ricardo Moniz.
Btw i hear genie scout is good for this but i wouldnt use editors or that sort of ****; ruins the whole simulation experience! All the above is imo and my own experience, please go ahead and correct me if you guys know better.
