Staff wages

Hi. I'm new with FM and (obviously) I have questions. I noticed that staff wages is not included in the wages balance. So, do I need to watch out for over budgeting when I want to sign a lot of new staff (atleast 8 staffs)?

Staff wages do not come under your transfer budget, iirc. So I'm not sure what you mean by overbudgeting. The Board will have a limit on the amount of wages you can offer, so as long as you're within it, it shouldn't be an issue.

However, staff wages do count towards your expenditure, thus affecting your overall profitability, so that is something to take note of..

I used to play a different football-managing game and in that game, wages includes all players,staffs, even youth tutoring.
