staff!

right im sorry if this is a total noobish thread but i need help
i really don't understand the staff side of the game.
so could everyone just tell me all they can about it.

e.g. i dont understand these 7 star coaches etc
how many of each staff should i have at a club?
&iknow there is different staff for shooting, defending e.t.c but you don't assign them to a job when u sign them up do you? cos the options are only coach. physio scout. etccc

yes - but this has got nothing to do with sacking staff lol

You need to give them each a task to do. i.e your best attacking coach to train on just attacking! try not to make a coach doing all at once. and the auto one isnt always the best so try doing it yourself and see if you can get the most stars out of each one.

With the stars you a lacking sack the coachs with the lower stars and get better ones
