I would like to have a member of staff who will be able to help with opposition instructions.

I understand that a coach with good tactical knowledge is required. But how good? What does the rating have to be?

You should perhaps consider getting an Assistant Manager who has 17+ in Man Management and 19+ in Tactics. Or as near to that as you can afford!
