i'm currently in my second season with utd and i'm going to bring in new staff but i was just wondering how many staff members do you recommend for each area.

For instance i have four fitness coaches but do i really need that many?

should i get rid of 2 and hire in other areas?.

hope that makes sense

thanks guys

Why such many? Having 2 fitness coaches is enough. Use one of them for Strength training and other for Aerobic training.

I got rid of a fair few coaches as half of them were pretty rubbish. I also asked the board for more coaches and now I can have 15.

Have a good look through and sign a bunch of really good ones.

for some reason thats what i start off with when i start a save

thanks for your reply.

i can always find good coaches but what it would like to know is whats the ideal amount of coaches for each area...ie how many for fitness, how many for tactics etc

Yeah united staff setup is really weird at the start, 4 fitness coaches, no proper attacking coaches, Ryan Giggs is such a poo AssMan he ******* out of OI advice. One of the physios is actually just some dude who applied for the job for a laugh. The squad is all over the show in terms of a cohesive tactic and matching stats and ppms too and we have o have the only squad in the league where the defenders are the most injury prone members of the squad.

None of the teams seem to have a good coaching staff, which given how easy that is to achieve in the game, makes me think that the game doesn't give an accurate representation of coaching abilities. Either that or every real world club doesn't know what they're doing.

I like to have 3 fitness coaches (1 for each category and 1 covering both), and 3 GK coaches. 1 specialist coach for each category then another general (high mental coaching) or get the Asst. to cover them.
