Lets hope its closer to the original 3 classic movies than the disappointing prequels. Sounds pretty good though.

I was a kid when the first Star Wars movies came out and loved them, which has stayed with me. They really are excellent films, especially for the time they were made. Admittedly the next 3 were ****** awful.
The series could have potential for Star Wars fans, if its done in the right way.

I agree with Gregor about the films.

The Tv series will never be a hit because all the fans remember the movie better than it actually was and will expect the best ever thing to ever be televised on tv.

I can see your point because I hate all that space **** too, but like i say SW was something I loved as a kid, and because its still going strong after 20 years I still love it, well the originals anyway.
