Start manager Game as Ex player

Hi all

Just a quick question id like to start a save as a ex-player instead of myself as manger

Example: i want to Start Everton Save with Tim Cahill as the manger with his past playing history

Stupid question i know but how do i do this ive seen people do it other players

I do this all the time but always make sure the player I'm playing as isn't in the game already, think about it.. Michel Salgado hires Michel Salgado as u19 manager!
Then I use the in-game editor to edit the number of int caps and goals to make myself more realistic. I only do this tho when I take over at a relatively big club to make it more realistic. The odds of Santi Canizares of taking over at a mid table Liga BBvA team are higher than some no-name guy, or at least it is my opinion.

EDIT: Also, if the ex-player I'm playing as is listed as a legend or icon at a club I always replace the existing one with myself using the in-game editor
