Hello,

I will start a new save with Palermo. Can anyone suggest classical start-up bargain transfers?!?

For example i saw in the forums players like,

Maximiliano Romero
Predrag Rajkovic
Santiago Ascacibar
Rodrigo Bentancur
Mile Svilar
Nicolas Tagliafico
Fran Villalba
 
I'll add some some decent Spanish prospects:

-Marc Roca (Espanyol) Release clause of 7,5 millions
-Jorge Saenz (Tenerife) around 2-3 millions.
-Antonio Sivera (Valencia) Release clause from 3,5 millions.
-Rafa Mir (Valencia) Compensation (less than one million)
-Toni Lato (Valencia) Compensation (less than one million)
-Cristo González (Tenerife) around 2-4 millions.
-Julio (Betis) around 1,5 millions.

They have quite a decent potential and some of them are ready for top flight football from the get go.
