Starting a game with existing manager

Hey guys!
Is it possible to start up a game without creating a new manager, but with taking control of existing one? For ex. starting as Mourinho at Chelsea?
Planning on starting a new game at Bilbao, it would be perfect to start up as Valverde himself
Appreciate any help or advise.

It's not possible. Only thing you can do is delete the manager in the editor and start a new game using the same details, although it will still show as Valverde leaving Bilbao and Valverde joining again in the history.
