I just wanted to know how this works, as i started a new save, and decided to only put countries to manage in on the top nations (England, Spain Italy etc.) to speed it up. But i've noticed that i can't look at youth players or staff from clubs in places like Brazil. I wanted to sign omar feitosa as a coach cos i had him in another save but he's not in this one.
