Starting transfer budgets [patch 9.3.0]

i was jw if anyone could tell me the top 10 teams in the world on patch 9.3.0 with the highest starting transfer budget.

obvs man city most pren league clubs give you bout 10 million to start not to sure bout rest of the world but im asuming madrid barcelona both milans you gonna get a fair bit of cash

With Man city you get the most, Madrid and Chelsea are nearest with like 50mill to them I think and You get between 10mill and 20mill with Ac, Inter , Man u and Barca, Juve and Bayern

Chelsea have some good players to sell on for lots of cash early though
