Starting with Man city 16.3.1

I wanted to see if anybody knows what would happen if I picked City, because they have arranged for Pep to be manager after first season, so would I be sacked or would the Pep not come anymore?

If you start with City, Pep will not come. You cant set future manager contracts, only increase the likelyhood. If you dont pick City he will. If you start with them he wont.

Makes sense, just didn't want to start it then get sacked haha
