Steam: failure to launch FM12 for 2 days, can I get a refund

I have tried re-install. Restored steam many times. What can I do . Help!!

Is it easy to ask for a refund from steam since I bought it from them.

Lal, simple fix.

On Steam, right click FM 2012, then properties, then to local file, then verify integrity of game cache and boom, fixed.
